Easy and Fun- "The Single Best Thing You Can Do for Your Health"
According to the TV doctors over at realage.com, the "single best thing you can do for your health" is a daily 30-minute walk. We'd add that what's good for health is also good for beauty.
The docs write about walking that,
More is better. What’s true for love and vacation (unfortunately not for chocolate or pinot noir) is also true for walking. Get as much as you can.
